You don’t need more parenting strategies.
You need support using them in real life.

You’ve tried staying calm, setting boundaries, and doing it differently… but in the hardest moments, it’s still hard to know what to do.

We help you build connection, reduce power struggles, and show up with confidence—even when emotions run high.

If parenting has been feeling harder than it should…

  • Stuck in the same power struggles over and over

  • Unsure how to respond in the moment

  • Trying everything… but nothing is really changing

  • Exhausted from yelling, shutting down, or second-guessing yourself

You’re not alone and you’re not doing it wrong.

You’re not doing it wrong. You’ve just never been shown a different way.

Most parents were never taught how to:

  • Stay regulated in hard moments

  • Hold boundaries without escalating

  • Understand what’s actually driving their child’s behavior

So when things get intense, it’s easy to fall back into reacting, fixing, or trying to control the moment.

Not because you’re a bad parent.

Because you’re human and no one showed you another way.

This is where real change starts.

In coaching, we help you:

  • Stay calm and regulated when your child is not

  • Respond in ways that de-escalate instead of intensify

  • Set clear, confident boundaries without power struggles

  • Understand your child’s behavior through a brain-based lens

  • Build a relationship your child won’t need distance from

This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about having the support to show up differently... consistently.

Meet Kyle Wester

Kyle Wester is a Licensed Professional Counselor, parenting coach, speaker, and co-founder of Art of Raising Humans. For more than two decades, he has helped parents move away from fear, yelling, and punishment — and toward calm leadership, clear boundaries, and deeper connection.

As a former school counselor and Aha! Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach, Kyle is especially gifted at helping parents see what is happening underneath a child's behavior — and teaching them how to respond with confidence without losing the relationship in the process.

He and his wife Sara bring both professional training and real-life parenting experience to everything they teach. As parents of three themselves, they are not just coaching from a textbook — they are in the trenches with you.

Parents who work with Kyle often say they finally feel understood, encouraged, and equipped with a real way forward.

Common questions

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Parent coaching focuses on practical support and real time application. We help you understand your child’s behavior, stay regulated, and respond differently in the moments that matter most.

What ages do you work with?

We work with parents with children of all ages, from toddlers to teens

How do the sessions work?

Sessions are one on one and tailored to your family. We talk through what's happening, help you understand what's driving the behavior, and give you clear, practical ways to respond differently.

Do you meet virtually?

Yes, sessions are available virtually, so you can join from anywhere.

How quickly will I see change?

Many parents begin to notice shifts quickly, especially in how they respond. Lasting change happens as you consistently apply what you're learning with support.

What if my partner isn't onboard?

That's okay. Change often starts with one parent. As your responses shift, it naturally changes the dynamics in your home. Regardless of the other parent, you can still show up in new ways.

How do I know this is right for me?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to respond in the moment, coaching can help. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. That's what we're here for.

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

You don’t need to have all the answers.
You just need the right support.

Coaching packages start at $2,000. Single sessions also available.
